Excellent service. Dr Caven personally took the time to come in and introduce himself, which I though was a very nice personal touch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My technician, Naomi, was very personable and definitely very good at her job. Best cleaning I have gotten in a long time. The only thing that threw me off is the fluoride treatment at the end that was performed and only afterwards I was notified it was not covered and I had to pay $20 out of my pocket. Great dentist and team! They make sure you are in the chair as scheduled and the appointment is exactly what you expect. It has been a year if dental work and I can't be happier with the results!!
Appointment started on time. Very friendly staff. Dr. Caven was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgable. I learned stuff about my teeth I had never known. Saw pictures of my teeth and enjoyed the dialogue Dr. Caven had about each tooth. I now have a greater appreciation for what has been done, a better understanding of what needs to be done, and know my options. Thoroughly impressed and excited to be working with him and his staff.
