I received excellent care and service.
Dr Caven is a great communicator. He comes in the exam room to greet me and goes immediately to the (foot) end of the chair so I can have eye contact with him as "we" discuss my visit(s)/treatment(s). He listens and answers every question to my complete satisfaction. All the staff create a very friendly atmosphere, obviously because they enjoy working for Dr. Caven. He has that effect. The facility is kept very clean; and Dr. Caven is so knowledgable in his dental profession. I hope he never leaves the area!
