I hate to write this review but I must. I have been eating here for 40 years. Back when the "Caveman" was running it. The food was out of this World. The last few years have been a steady decline. Taste, portion size, quality and customer service. The final straw for me was when I went last week. They changed the bread.. THE BREAD!!!! it was a crusty buttery goodness. I've been eating here since 1985... Best I have found! The food is amazing! dragon wheels, poorboy and bootleg pudding is my standard. The staff is always GREAT.
the smoked meats are awesome
Absolutely love the French dip, it’s what I get every time. I love eating there and sitting outside. The atmosphere here is really great, never any rude people taking my order.
