Yvonne is amazing! She gave me beautiful baby highlights - highly recommend her for highlights, coloring and styling.
I have had the worst experience at this salon with Yvonne - and arguably the worst customer service experience ever. Not only was I incorrectly charged, but the whole experience was disappointing. To start, I gave my credit card information when I made the appt and was charged $50 (which I expected since salons usually hold that to make sure you don’t cancel last minute) but it’s been 2 weeks and I have not been reimbursed.
