The agent i was in communication with, Kevin Sanchez, was very dismissive and slow to respond. Poor customer service and based on some other reviews, i wouldn't recommend this agency.
Working with Cavalry Realty and its owner, Thomas Stewart, was an absolute disaster filled with deceit, negligence, and blatant disregard for real estate ethics. Stewart — who owns Cavalry Realty — personally handled the listing of a bank-owned property I tried to purchase. I want to take a minute to give Thomas Stewart of Calvary Realestate Etters Pa. Some well deserved praise. I listed and sold 2 properties 2024 with Calvary Realestate. I was impressed with the advice and sound counsel I recieved from Tom. There were many challenges that would strech most agents with just one sale , Tom had two !
