I would have to say Ryan worked hard to help us get our home but I feel at the end communication was getting poor. I felt crappy that NO ONE from Keller Williams was at our closing to help explain stuff to us since they are working for us all we had was the trustee. I feel kinda a let down even when I tried to reach out 7 days later the message was short and very uncaring. Somethings were promised that did not happen, a gift card or something to that sort.
