Can't even give a single star. My daughter has tried to cancel her reservation due to her fiancé being in the HOSPITAL and they have been extremely rude. She has been on the phone, most of the time on hold, for over an hour. They will not cancel the reservation and will not refund the money. Very sad. Had to give one star in order for this to post.
