Two of my children got braces/aftercare here. They are absolutely wonderful!! This is the only place (including general dentists) they were ever 100% comfortable with. Dr. And staff are all VERY kid/adult friendly. As long as you do your part, you will never leave here disappointed. I was hopeful with a front tooth being turned out (completely sideways!) After treatment, my child has a 100% perfect smile!Highly recommend!!
Dr Cavalanvia has put braces on 3 of my 4 children. He is amazing, his staff is amazing. He is kind, he does impeccable work. I am so thankful that my children had the best orthodontist in western PA. I would refer ANYONE to him. You will not be disappointed in him or his staff.

My daughter had her braces and care at Dr. Cavalanicia office. Dr. Cavalanicia and his staff are absolutely wonderful, we were always greeted with smiles, and a lovely hello. I can't express how thankful we are to all of you for helping bring my daughter's self esteem to a whole new level, she didn't like to smile and now all she does is smile. Thank you so much!!
I had braces there roughly 9 years ago and was so impressed by the doctor and staff. I moved 5 hours away and Dr Cavalancia would come in on the weekends just to see me. Highly recommended!!
