I have a tomato allergy and asked for no tomato on a Chicken + Rice bowl. After sitting down, it had tomatoes and I told staff that I have a tomato allergy. They asked me if I can just eat the bowl! Crazy. They tried to pick things out before deciding to remake it. It’s important to take allergies seriously.
