The employee, Bella, is the best hospitality specialist I’ve ever met at a Cava. Her service is top-notch, she always gets my orders correctly, and is the best employee I’ve ever met overall. 10/10 would recommend again.
The staff at Cava are absolutely phenomenal, but Bella is truly in a league of her own. From the moment we walked in, her warm and radiant greeting made us feel like the most important guests in the room. Her hospitality was nothing short of extraordinary, attentive, genuine, and heartfelt in every way. She single-handedly elevated our entire experience and made it one we will not soon forget. A perfect 10/10 without question, and we cannot wait to come back!
Was helps by Vanessa during my most recent dining experience. Amazing customer service and attention to detail. I ordered these steak and harissa bowl. All the ingredients were fresh, the dips were fantastic, and their sumac sour cream and onion pita chips were such a great addition to the meal.
Bella at the front was outstanding and professional! She represented this location very well!
Denzel was very nice and helpful with our first time to cava and had great recommendations and customer service
