We were helped by Kish tonight, and she was amazing! As soon as we got our bowls, we both turned to each other and said, “She was great!” She was so friendly and made the whole experience that much better. Fast service, great food, and an all-around wonderful take out experience for a laid back Friday night dinner.
Kish was one of a kind. She was so sweet and you could tell she enjoyed her job. I was treated bad once at this location and they seemed annoyed I was there. She is turned my whole experience around and I will for sure be back. And also, Cava is elite!
They got me in & out fast! & JOY left me with amazing energy! Just talking to her made me smile her energy is infectious! I’ll definitely be back!!!
We recently ordered Cava take out to feed our volleyball team. I was incredibly impressed with the process. I placed the order with Fatima, Cava employee, the evening prior, got a phone call from manager Malcom to confirm the order about an hour prior to pickup, and then had everything ready when I walked in to get it. Everything had been packed up (including 17 drinks!) to where I could easily transport it and the whole process was as smooth as it can get.
