One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I visited on a busy Thursday evening, and while they started making my bowl, I quickly learned they were out of many items— including many green mixes and grilled chicken, the only meat option that isn’t an additional charge. If I had known this from the start, I would have left. Don’t go to this cava, go to the one in Woburn if you want to get the food you actually ordered. We’ve gone here twice and the first time the put everything in the bag upside down so it spilled everywhere. And the 2nd time they got the order so wrong, to a point that it was impressive, I think the only things right in the bowl were the rice and the lettuce, everything else was wrong. This cava is a waste of time and money
Visited on a weekday and it was definitely busy, but the experience was great overall. We saw 11 staff working, with several focused on mobile orders and others keeping the line moving efficiently. The team was attentive and regularly checked in to make sure guests weren’t waiting too long. The food was fresh and delicious. Great organization and service under pressure. Thank you to the team for a smooth and pleasant visit, five stars from me!
Good food, service was ok. A little gross how much dust is lingering on the light fixtures directly over the food.
The food tasted fresh and was really tasty! Tons of seating options both inside and out.
