Updating and leaving my first review below. This place used to be 5 stars across the board. Twice now I have gotten terrible meals and I'm over it. Do NOT order online because if you aren't watching them make it, they make straight up garbage. I spend $40 - $50 there for 2 of us each time I go and that's never even made me flinch. Worth every penny. But I'm tired now of throwing away money. My sauces weren't in my bag tonight and my bowl was laughable. I never have a bad experience at either this location.
The ladies who were working tonight are the best! I went in to get my normal steak bowl and was immediately greeted and taken care of. They were out of the pita crisps I usually put on top, which was not that big of a deal but they decided to go beyond service. They offered me free pita chips in exchange. After I accepted, they then decided to “love” my meal for me - taking care of the entire cost. I have had the worst last couple of days and their act of kindness changed my outlook!

Cava is a different type of casual fast food and is delicious! A much healthier option than other quick bites.
