The staff is great and really nice and the food is always fresh. The issue is the angry manager. She’s always barking at the staff in-front of customers and is super rude to them. It was to the point, I had to say something to her, I told her to stop being so mean to them and she stormed off the register. No employee should be spoken to like that especially so out in the open. Also, the AC is never on or works and it’s always super hot in there.
I stopped in Cava after working late and the store was about to close and I had excellent customer service from Mia, Tony, and Josh. Helpful since I've never been in there before and they all had a smile on their face and were super nice! They also let me sit in there when they wanted to close for me to wait for my Uber and I really appreciated that! Everybody should do their job with such a great attitude as they do!
Emily was amazing! She helped me modify my bowl order over the phone even after I had already placed it through the app. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. Excellent customer service!
