I have a new to me allergy and I am still learning about a lot. Mauri helped me out so much and was very knowledgeable about the possibility of cross contamination. When needed she went to the back and got the ingredients separately as to make sure they were safe. When I asked a question she wasn't 100% sure about she asked questions and the kitchen and manager staff was amazing in giving me the information I needed. Overall amazing experience and I will definitely be back.
