I’ve been a loyal CAVA customer for years and have always appreciated how careful they were with food safety, especially regarding gluten. I have Celiac disease, which means cross-contamination is extremely dangerous for me. In the past, the staff was organized, careful, and respectful when I asked them to change gloves or take extra steps to prevent cross-contact. I love the food but I had to wait half an hour when I came in on Friday afternoon. They only had 2 people behind the counter the entire time I was there. The line was to the door even up until I left after eating. The employees were not friendly. No apology for the wait.
Amazing food and service. I don’t love onions and they have options to choose instead.
I ordered online and my order was running about 15 min late. Tyson was so kind and kept me updated while I waited and gave me pita crisps on the house for my wait. His customer service was wonderful.
