Staff was friendly, but I ended up paying for just a salad with no protein. I got two tiny balls of falafel in my ‘falafel bowl’, what is the point??? I was already having a bad day, and this just made me cry all the way home.
I love cava but this is ridiculous I placed an order through Uber eats and when The food arrived, and this was horrendous. They burnt all the meatballs, literally, they were black and the chicken was undercooked and rubbery texture like the meatballs are literally Black not to mention they only put two sauces and forgot the other sauces that I requested respectfully, whoever made my food, you should be unemployed and you’re probably gonna struggle for the rest of your life.
The team was helpful and had great customer service.
