RecommendedWhat a visual and Epicurean feast; and warm and accommodating staff! I grew up in Rhode Island and was reuniting with friends. I am so grateful that I chose CAV, not knowing the glory I was stepping into. When I was young, that area was blighted industrial. The gentrification of the “The Jewelry District,” and CAV, in particular, was mind blowing. I would call this the coolest restaurant in Providence!
Sunday brunch of lobster and eggs was superb!
Salmon was delicious and I loved the atmosphere! The antique chandeliers, mirrors and greener made it a magical night!
Just go! Not only is this venue beautiful and unique, but the food is AMAZING! Service is stellar and they have live music.

This is a family owned restaurant serving the most delicious cuisine. The salad dressing was tasty, the entrees were beyond expectation, and the GF chocolate dessert was to die for great! It’s a must try!
We came from out of town to see the zoo and found CAV on Google. What a treasure! The atmosphere is beautiful and unique, the staff was accommodating, and the food was divine. This is our new "place" whenever we come back to RI, for sure.
