When I have gone in the past several years ago, Dr. Cauley was friendly kind and calmed my nervousness as I have been had bad dental experiences all my life. Jeff was so different! He was gentle and reassuring, I felt no pain, Best dental experience I have ever had, I had a root canal and crown! This man is the best dentist!
My family has used Dr. Cauley for 15 yrs. Dr. Cauley and each of his staff is caring,compassionate,highly efficient,friendly and professional. I had a couple of bad experiences in childhood with Dentistry which left me with a healthy dose of "Dentist phobia". Even now after 15 yrs, I still start out with the "death grip" on the chair when visiting the Dentist! I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here.
