Best physical therapy I have found! I am very picking and usually quit physical therapy the first or second time as (at other places) normally I get pushed and injured. But here the physical therapist took the time to listen to me and look at my MRI, and didn't push me beyond what was safe, modified the exercises, and eventually I was able to go back to my normal activities without pain! I've been to physical therapy for various sports related injuries and must say this has been the best experience in the field to date. Monica was my assigned physical therapist from day one, and I was impressed with her detail-orriented approach. She asked me what my goals were, and we were able to focus on what I needed to do to get back out there. Best in the biz. Been coming here for a few months and my arm range of motion went from -5 to +1 and my ankle dorso flexion and strength improved quickly. Not your typical stuffy PT and the therapists are really engaged and want to help. Thanks Champion !!
