Have never had a bad meal at the Las Cruces Cattle Baron, was there on Sunday and had lunch with hubby and Sis. The Salad Bar has always been fresh and delicious. Please open a restaurant in Albuquerque, you would not be disappointed. The Posole was the best I’ve had and I live In Albuquerque, where Posole is very popular.
The food was good, but the restaurant itself needs a really good cleaning!!!
The Cattle baron Prime Rib and Seafood is one of Midland’s finest steakhouse. The salad bar has everything you. An ask for when it comes to salad and green chili stew and they have added menudo. They also have a steakhouse chicken to die for, however I had the prime rib with broiled mushroom and believe me the broiled mushrooms are the best I have ever had��
Excellent service. Steak a bit gristly. Could the music go down in volume?
