Third time in a row Midland didn't have prime rib. It was 7:00 pm. We left.
Service is consistently bad - these folks have a really poor level of quality. The food is exceptionally bland.

My husbands 45th birthday was coming up and I began to panick, wanting to have a party in his honor but limited on time and a space. I called 5 restaurants in Cruces and quickly called Cattle Baron back before they were booked up☺️ Not only were they highly accommodating but that evening everyone went above and beyond what I had expected!! While other restaurants only offered a limited menu, extra charge for reserving tables, automatic gratuity, etc Cattle Baron did not!!!
