I have always liked this place, but it seems the customer service is starting to lack more so than "back in the day".
I returned for breakfast this morning after having had a disastrous experience there Tuesday evening. The service was slow and the eggs were not prepared well. This is now the third time I have tried this restaurant with similar results each time. This restaurant is located in a very busy place near the Puyallup Fair grounds and it has the potential to be very successful. It lacks service and quality food preparation.
The cook Troy Hollins is amazing the best customer service skills ever. Cares about his customers he goes above and beyond to meet the needs of others.
Love this small town family restaurant! It is a favorite in our family!
Best ranch in America. Monte cristo so good. Good sandwhich choices. Pies and milkshakes. Kid friendly. Great service.
Service pretty much sucks. We were sat. Before other people and last to be helped. The lady who helped us was rude. I do not recommend.
I LOVE EATING AT CATTIN'S, I'VE BEEN COMIN HERE AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER AND NOW I BRING MY KIDS HERE AND THEY LOVE IT. GREAT PLACE TO COME AFTER A LONG NIGHT OF WORK AT THE FAIR
