Now this place was AWESOME! Great service & the staff was very nice!
Common sense is apparently lost here. Came in before work for a very simple to go order. Bagel, cream cheese and melon. The girl, while nice and all, STUPIDLY put the cream cheese packet in the container with the hot just toasted bagel! By the time I opened it the cream cheese was like water!!! I don't have time to wait for it to cool in the fridge, so essentially because of her I won't be eating until my lunch break (around 2pm!!!).
Chantel is probably one of the best customer service employees I've seen in quite some time. She makes you feel welcomed and important the minute she helps you out. It was a pleasure having her here to warm my day with her smiles and empathy for her customers. Was a great experience, food is awesome old mom and pop shop style. As a store manager myself I wish half my employees were as motivated and bubbly as she is. Thanks Puyallup for making a great dining experience!
The chicken fried steak is really chicken fried mystery meat!!
My husband and I have been coming here since 2009. We absolutely love it and the people!♡
