The people at Cat Tails are true professionals and are definitely their for their patients and the patients' family. We have felt listened to and have had our concerns always addressed. Following a recent visit, the doctor called later that evening to check on our beloved family member and ensure that we understood everything that he needed for his continued care. I would definitely recommend this vet center to anyone who has a cat. The facility is very cat friendly and quiet which is ideal for any cat.
CatTails is absolutely amazing! My poor kitty had some dental problems but they gave her the absolute best care. They were always very communicative and treated my cat as if she were their own. Everybody was just so nice and helpful. Dr. Guillory was wonderful. Will definitely come back for all our kitties needs.
The staff and Doctor are amazing! They have so much love for kitties and have been such a great support network for us. I'm so glad we were introduced to them when we adopted our new family members ♡♡♡
I am so impressed with Dr. Guillory and Cat Tails! My kitty has had one bad experience after another with vets who just didn't understand cats and how to relate to them. It got to the point where he had to be sedated for even the most routine check-in. But not today. Mal had to have his anal glands expressed and it is a usually a very painful procedure, but Dr. Guillory was able to do that plus check his heart and teeth without putting him under sedation.
