I am very disappointed with Catseye. They started off well and attentive. But as time went on, there is poor customer service and coordination on service calls.
Always professional. I took one star off because calling the office is a pain. It’s hard to teach them.
Great service! The tech offered up extra services, reminding us that they were part of our contract already. He even swept away cobwebs!
Excellent service ,I would recommend catsceye to my friends and family.
