Cody is putting in much effort to try to remedy my pest problem. He’s doing the best he can, however the traps Catseye is using have proven useless! This morning I discovered that they are not only getting the bait out without setting off the traps, they are also eating the plastic traps, too!
Cody did a fantastic job, on-time, professional and very informative. He also helped me corral my little dog that escaped when I answered the door! Above and Beyond the call of duty for sure. I'm sure he's an excellent employee and an asset to the company. Thank you Cody and Catseye Pest Control!
James, like so many Catseye technicians who have been here in the past, arrived on time, prepared to inspect our property for invasive pests. Today we had a special request for James to look inside our attic and make sure we aren't hosting any critters looking for a warm spot for the winter. The access to the attack is narrow and awkward but James was able to ascertain that the attic is clear and secure. Every Catseye technician has been polite, knowledgeable and prepared. We are very pleased with their service of our home.
Justin Parolski was amazing. He showed up to my property and was very professional, kind and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and meticulous. He handled everything with care. Catseye is certainly lucky to have him.
A manager came to my house to look at exterior damage to my siding that was caused by his technician team. The technician admitted to causing the damage during his work, yet the manager refused to properly fix the damage. I’m not surprised by this outcome as I have unfortunately had SEVERAL horrible experiences over the last 7 months with this company. I refuse to get any further services done by Catseye and suggest you look elsewhere if you need any sort of extermination services.
