Dr. Hoyt is an incredibly brilliant veterinarian. She stays current to the best practices available and truly cares about the comfort of your cat. It is nice to have a practice to go to that you know everyone who handles your cat is sympathetic to the feline kind.

I've had many cats in my lifetime, and when younger never appreciated them for who they are and how they live. Unbelievable. Cats on Call in Scarborough harassed my mother and refused to apologize after. I'm truly disappointed in Cats on Call for their lack of professionalism dealing with their customers, and I hope others that have had comparable encounters have another place to go for the health of their animals.
Dr. Hoyt is the best! She always provides the most attentive and empathetic care to my cats. She is diligent in how she approaches diagnosing any issues and is very respectful when approaching the owner. She has always gone above and beyond for me and my cats. I highly recommend Cats on Call for great service and top notch care.
