Took my Natty here for the first time the other day. Everyone was so kind and caring with me and my baby. So glad I found them!
I know from very personal experience that the professionals at this clinic are truly the most kind and caring staff for you kitties I previously worked there many years ago and will always miss the clients and nurses and front staff. HANDS DOWN, BAR NONE.... the BEST, most comprehensive, caring and compassionate clinic I've ever, in my 50+ years of owning cats, experienced. Dr. Head, Chris the receptionist and Shannon the vet tech ALL know their stuff and it's obvious these folks are passionate and extremely knowledgeable about cats! Simply put, this is an excellent practice-friendly staff, accommodating schedule, veterinarians/direct care staff who present as interested & engaged with your pets, about as "stress-free" atmosphere as you can achieve with cats...I'd definitely recommend to cat owners...
If you love your cat, you shouldn't take him/her anyplace else.
The Cat's Meow is the best vet anywhere. The entire staff is kind, caring, and professional. Dr Susan goes out of her way to make certain your cat is taken well care of and comfortable. She also explains everything very well so you know exactly what is happening. We had the opportunity of meeting Dr. Loupe today and really liked her as well.
I met them when I was losing my Best Friend of 15yrs to cancer. After seeing several other vets, Dr. Susan knew almost at once. She and her staff are the most: caring, sweet, informative people I've ever met. I wished we would have met under diffrent circumstances thou. She walked me thru everything and really cared about my feelings and Spooky's pain level. She never pushed her opinions on me, unless I asked. I'm thankful everyday that I met her♡♡♡ they are the only ones I trust with my cats from now on.
