They were wonderful! They took time to answer all my questions and when above and beyond to make my kitty calm. This was by far the best officer visit I've ever had for my kitties.
Dr. Head and Dr. Loupe genuinely care about my cats. They remember their names and their history without prompt and I know that they are providing the best care for my cats because they have taken the time to get to know them.
This place was great! The staff was friendly and we got seen right away. It was a calm atmosphere so Callie felt calm too and the vet really knew what she was talking about and truly checked my cat out head to toe, beyond expectations and for a reasonable price! Our new vet is here, I highly recommend!
My 14 yr old kitty just had another PUURFECT appointment. Normal blood pressure reading & clipped nails. I highly recommend the nail trim. The cost is minimal & so quick. So, if you don't trim them yourself, take your kitty for the manicure. The process won't bother them at all. And it definitely beats painful ingrown claws which can happen very quickly! Thanks again Stephen for taking good care of my Cindy!
Good vet but they rarely have short term availability. If you pre-schedule by days or weeks there is availability but I need a vet that is there when I have an unplanned need especially when one of my cats is a kidney cat or has special needs. If I trust you with the care of my cats I need to know you are available. I don't expect you to be on call but when I call and say my cat is severely dehydrated and I'm told she can be seen 3 days later that is unacceptable. Everyone here is so kind and compassionate. We have received the best care for our cats and I won’t go anywhere else!
I visited here today for the first time with my kitty and was so impressed! From how amazing the facilities are to how much care and time the staff took in the whole examination process, I could not more highly recommend a vet. I loved that the waiting area was so calm and there was even a Feliway diffuser plugged in at the exam area. If you are looking for a vet that really cares about your cat and isn't just rushing through to the next patient, look no further :)
