The doctor was very pleasant and able to answer all my questions. They even had us watch a video prior to seeing him which I thought was helpful but of course my teenage daughter did not think so. Also, the doctor had a good rapport both with my daughter and me ...talking to both of us which is important when dealing with a teenager.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. The office staff has forgotten how to make patients feel like they are important.
