Really enjoy the staff and dentists
My hygienist is the absolute best!!! I love her so much. She is so patient w/me & understands all my concerns. I will never leave you! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience at each visit!
The tech was so very nice as always. Dr. Baylin checked on me afterwards and the status of my x-rays.
My visit was pleasant . Erin is great and dr Johnson also. They make it very enjoyable.
The hygienist Cookie was patient with my son but could have been a little more understanding that he has had a very bad experience in the past with a previous doctor and is incredibly scared when it comes to any type of health care. I don't think telling him that he acted like a baby was appropriate. I like your practice for myself and my husband but I think I'm going to take my sons to a Pediatric dentist which is a shame because I thought Dr. Baylin was wonderful. I received a bill from you for $47. I was led to believe that my insurance would cover the bill. This was disturbing.
I was told I when I left that I would owe $300 next week. I later thought that I could have asked or been offered a payment plan? On a positive note, I have NEVER been to a friendlier and competent healthcare setting.
I wish I remembered our dental assistant's name, she was amazing. She took our daughter on an office tour and totally made her feel at ease. That's amazing to do with a three-year-old!
Good all around experience.
