Had a fantastic 1st visit here for myself and my kid. It was his first dentist visit ever. The staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to make sure my kid's first experience was fun and positive. Impressed with the location, space, and cleanliness.
Love this place! Everyone who works there is so friendly and each time I go I feel like I am part of the family coming for a visit! They don't try to sell treatments to up your bill and are honest which I appreciate! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!
The first time I ever walked in the office, I was totally, positively impressed. The waiting room is pleasantly decorated. The staff was smiling and welcoming. They made me feel at home. Imagine feeling at home in the dental office!!!. I’m so happy that Dr. Hubbard was my dentist. This dental office has excellent customer service from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. Every staff member is courteous. The dental treatment I have received has been top notch. Thanks to all the staff at Catonsville Dental Care.
Broken crown open & exposed, in pain Jan 2017 Dr Eisen does nothing but give me an estimate for $6346- no temp fix or concern for pain; just sent me home to save up my money. Before I could save the $6346, it got infected & I had to get it pulled by an oral surgeon. I was so sick I missed my son’s wedding on May 6, 2017! I don’t think dentists take that oath to do no harm. My long-time dentist (Dr Gary Ashton in Leesburg VA) or ANY other dentist in the world probably would have applied a temporary filling to the open & expos... read more
My experience at Catonsville Dental has been as good as "going to the dentist" can be: skilled, comforting dentist; warm, experienced hygienist and friendly greeter. Finances could have been more thoroughly discussed, instead of "here's your bill." (When I signed up for the in-house insurance program, the details were mentioned, quickly.)
It was very pleasant as usual! Can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff.
