Waited 10 minutes past appointment time. This is consistent so not unexpected but would prefer 5 min or less & if running later then the front desk should notify me of a longer wait upon arrival. Thanks!
I've been coming to this practice for over 15 years. I have always been greeted warmly by everyone in the office. All of the hygienists are friendly and extremely gentle. My kids are not afraid of the dentist! Each of the dentists are personable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Drs. Leikin, Baylin and Eisen.
Very great customer service. It was great to see everyone that worked there with a smile. Very attentive as well. I will be recommending this dentistry to all my friends. Thank you again for the great experience
Everyone there is great and they make you feel at ease.
I saw Ms. Bridget for cleaning and Dr Baylin. They are my team of caregivers and always take special care of my teeth and jaw issues. Dr Baylin did an impromptu mending of my night guard, Bridget hunted down a pillow for my neck and they take great care to rest my jaw during any procedures.
Farida was my hygienist and gave me a thorough cleaning and was very pleasant
I continue to come to Bridget for my cleanings as she is so pleasant, professional and good at what she does!
The one thing I would change would be to take the TV out of the waiting room. That was an immediate downer. It adds stress to the experience, and most people are more interested in their phones anyway. Personally, I bring a book or magazine. I think classical music would be perfect.
I have had mostly negative experiences w/ dentists in the past so I came w/ a lot of anxiety. Dr. Baylin and Dr. Leikin are the first ones that have cared enough to ask about my anxiety and help me cope. Thank you,that is priceless! Also, the dental hygienist explained everything perfectly (Danielle, I think). Everyone was so friendly and reassuring.
