Dr. Eisen was terrific and easily gained my trust with his professional manner and smile. I had neglected my dental care during the past few years due to other health issues. Dr. Eisen did not make me feel guilty. His dental assistant, Becca, was equally professional and friendly. I was very comfortable during my evaluation and treatment. When I called and made an appointment I requested the $98 dollar deal from a mailer I received. But as I checked out I was informed that I was given a panoramic x-ray which added over $100's more to my bill. I was never informed that the panoramic x-ray would not be covered by the $98 deal. If I had been asked about the additional cost I believe I would have declined the extra x-ray. So everything ended up costing me twice as much as I had budgeted. Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. Very professional yet down to earth staff. The staff is like one big family who take pride in making their patients feel comfortable.
