I found Catonfield Dental after receiving very costly recommendations from my previous long term dentist. I had recently moved so decided it was a good time to get a second opinion. Dr Ma took the time to show me what was going on inside my mouth with a video on the big screen (never saw something like this before--cool!). He was thorough and explained why the previous recommendations were not necessary. He suggested an alternative treatment that made more sense. Amazing staff. Very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time there and it was the best dental experience I've ever had. They made me and my 5 year old daughter feel right at home.
This was my first visit. I highly recommended Catonfield. They were so kind and reassuring and put me at ease as I am one of those who have a fear of the dentist. From the moment I first spoke with them to schedule,to the time my visit was completed ,they were Great! I have found my new dentist.
Great office! Had an emergency and they saw me on a Sunday!! The whole staff was great. Made me feel so comfortable. (Going to the dentist is not even in my top 5130 plus things to do) Made sure I knew what was happening and what would be my responsibility to pay and what insurance was paying before starting any work. I have went to numerous dental offices. Being new to the area, I was a bit cautious on making the leap to get a new dentist. This office by far is the absolute best! Top notch customer service from the moment I called to schedule the appointment all the way to the day of my appointment. OMG best dental experience ever!!! Needless to say it’s been way too long since I’ve had sufficient dental care, and I’m so glad to have found this office. From the moment I walked in until the time I left, I felt like a VIP! Front desk was great and efficient, Blanca the hygienist is sweet and funny! Dr. Elena is beyond knowledgeable and thorough!
