Caton Law Firm destroyed our family. Karen Caton is the attorney that drafted the Family Trust; but 15 yrs later when our family member died, it was Cate Carter who represented the family jointly. There was a "scrivener's error" in the Trust that excluded our daughter from the Trust due to an age stipulation for a step-child to be considered a beneficiary.
