I love them and they love us. Always friendly! Great staff
Love this clinic. I have seen all the vets here and they are all very compassionate and don't unnecessarily run up my bill. Prices are very reasonable. At my first routine visit Dr. Keane spent 2 hours with my dogs- doing a good examination and getting to know us. The other vets and techs also came to meet me and my girls. My puppy got spayed yesterday and I got updates every few hours. The staff fussed over my girl all day and went the extra mile to make her comfortable. The next morning they called to check on us. This vet told me i could fix a feral kitten under the fix it program. I took kitten in and they did a bunch of shots for 170$. Told me to bring him in again to get 2nd set of shots as i did but since its no longer fix it program month to fix him is full price. I m a sole supporter of a family of 5 so money is tight. Taken several feral cats in on fix it programs to other vets n just had to do rabies shot n they fixed cats on first visit. We have been using Catoctin Vet Clinic for about 20 years now. They have cared for our geriatric dogs as well as our pups. The ENTIRE staff is compassionate and friendly. We had an emergency visit with our geriatric dog on a Friday night which kept the staff well passed closing time. Not a single staff member was upset that they had to stay late. Exceptional care by an exceptional staff! ���
