this place is awful and incompetent and don't care about animals
When our vet cancelled on us with this Virus knowing our situation and that it was urgent, they got us in right away and were very wonderful with our dog. They even said they would take him as a patient. We are beyond grateful for what they did. The Dr called during the visit and so did the staff and we just got a check up call on our boy. Just so grateful. I'm gonna ask if they will take our other 2 if they can. Thank you to the Drs and staff!!
I have been a client of this Clinic since the beginning on Main Street in Thurmont. The staff has always been wonderful and caring to my animals. the animals have been everything from a bearded dragon, cats, and dogs. They have always worked to try and keep my animals as healthy as possible. They have worked with us when we had to take that dreaded step of having them euthanized. recommend this place to anyone looking for good vets.
The staff are kind, compassionate, skilled in their work, and accommodating. We are truly grateful for the care and kindness that they shared with our kitties at the beginning of their journey with us and at the end. 😻😻
