While he does have a great selection, we have had a terrible experience with the owner Ramsey. It’s a long story, but it ends with us being too kind and bringing a car we bought there back, and him holding money and car saying he has a buyer, but after two months has done nothing to rectify the situation! ! Update: After 5 months of contact with Ramsey, he has yet to rectify the situation between us, although he continually says he is working on it. Had the unfortunate event of my daily driven vehicle be rear ended and totaled. I was on the lookout for a specific replacement and landed at Catoctin Automotive Group after swinging and missing at other dealerships. Ramsey was a pleasure to work with, and above all is a honest used car dealer which is difficult to come by. Bought a mini copper from this guy 11 months ago. Engine light came on within 24 hours. We took it back he had it for 3 weeks said he fixed it gave it back. Engine light back on within 48 hours took it back had it for over a week and then he agreed to allow us to return the car. The issue is I still have the car loan. Every month he tells me he pays it off but won't send me proof and the loan is still there. He takes multiple weeks to answer. We returned the car in August. I was in the market for a Mini cooper at the time. I met with the owner at the frederick location. This experience was a low pressure setting. I was given a chance to drive whatever I wanted . I would recommend anyone in the market to give this dealership a shot .
