While he does have a great selection, we have had a terrible experience with the owner Ramsey. It’s a long story, but it ends with us being too kind and bringing a car we bought there back, and him holding money and car saying he has a buyer, but after two months has done nothing to rectify the situation! !
I was in the market for a Mini cooper at the time. I met with the owner at the frederick location. This experience was a low pressure setting. I was given a chance to drive whatever I wanted . I would recommend anyone in the market to give this dealership a shot .
If you're looking to buy a car, this is the place to go. The process was hassle free, and they have plenty of options to choose from. They go above and beyond with their service, making sure you are happy with your purchase. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.
Dealing with Ramsey was great! As a matter of fact, we referred a friend who also purchased a vehicle from him. My only negative comment: his online inventory is inaccurate. I.e. the Mazda that we purchased 2 months ago is still listed. So call before you go.
Stopped in on recommendation from car parts store as our Mini Babies battery was bad, but the car parts store couldn't install it. Oh my gosh, Ramsey to the rescue. He literally dropped everything he was doing to help. Within an hour he installed battery, told the car computer what he did, topped off oil and fluids, and we were done. Extremely fair on price of top line battery. Custermer Service extraordinaire. And he was taking care of a potential Mini Cooper female customer at the same time.
