Dr. Cato knows his stuff. I use him regularly as part of my training and he has helped me stay healthy and recover more quickly when I do get injured.
I love this guy! He worked on my neck and I could not believe I could swallow, guess my neck was jacked up and he fixed it! I could always us a tune up!

I was suffering from a herniated disc that was causing excruciating pain in my right leg. After having person after person tell me my only hope was surgery I decided to try chiropractic as a last effort for some relief. A friend highly recommended that I give Dr. Cato a call and setup an appointment. After a couple of months I have no pain in my sciatic nerve and my back feels wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Cato to anyone with chiropractic needs for relief and an overall healthier outlook in their life.
You have helped my husband be a happier camper. Though, it is an on going process, it is an alternative to pain medications, steroid treatments and surgery. I wasn't a believer but now I am.
