My first, the food was plenty and delicious and the servers were friendly.
First time visiting Cathy's yesterday for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great. Three of us had pasta dishes, and the pasta was seasoned very well, with good sized portions. The other person had a sandwich which she also reported was good. I will definitely return to this restaurant!
The food and service was great. Cathy's shrimp and grits are delicious.
This is my go to spot, I'm glad I found this restaurant... she gets me right everytime... I'm a very picky eater & when I come & eat at Cathy's she accommodates me every time... I love eating here ❤️️. Everything on the menu is great
I liked the vibe! I ordered but because I couldn't wait, I had to leave without tasting what I think would have been a treat. Just from what I felt when I walked, would make me comeback when time allows!

Every time I have gone to Cathy's the restaurant has been dirty, service has been poor, and they always seem to be out of something. I refuse to patronize a poor business even if it is black owned. We still need to have standards for our own people.

It's terrible you feel that way because when you came to the restaurant almost every table was full and we have always received a 100% from the health department. We have never asked anyone to visit us because we are black. We do are best to serve everyone and we make sure the restaurant is clean throughout the day. But we do appreciate the times you have visited and maybe in the future we can improve things up to your standards!
Cathy is a gift and the restaurant is a quickly becoming a staple for our community. When Black Business owners get it right, great products and service, we are behooved to support them. Yes, I used the word "behooved." This is how we show that Black Business Matters, Black Dollars Matter, Black Communities Matter, Black Families Matter, Black Schools Matter.
