I've always gotten great service from y'all, but I confess I find your patient chairs quite uncomfortable. Even with the headrest, I always end up with a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. I realize it would be a massive expense to change them, but it's something you might look into for the future. Thanks.

One thing I have always appreciated about Better Living Through.... is how painless you are. On my last visit for my teeth cleaning you manually scrapped my teeth. I much prefer the machine.
I was very anxious (as I am about any dental procedure!) about getting two old, decrepit silver fillings replaced, but Dr. Natasha Lee and her assistant were very kind, compassionate, understanding, skillful, and patient with me. It made a potentially horrific experience tolerable. The office is clean and modern, the staff is wonderful, and Dr. Lee is fabulous. She is the nicest doctor I have ever encountered, seriously!
With a mouthful of old silver fillings, I have been searching for a dentist to do all-porcelain crowns on back molars. My online research (and 2 metal-free crown experiences) says this is difficult to do successfully. Dr. Lee just gave me a cerec crown. More tooth is preserved, it was easier than all past crowns, and I left feeling as if I had had nothing done. No pain, no need to come back for adjustment, no 2 visits. I'm surprised and impressed.
