One thing every realtor can do is understand and follow the list of things you are looking for in your new house. Cathy did that and beyond! HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially for first time home buyers! My husband and I were searching for a realtor to help us look for our first home. I googled realtors in our area and came across Cathy, when I saw that her reviews were great, we immediately reached out. It was literally the best decision we ever made! We had NO idea what we were doing, I didn’t even know how to start the convo, but Cathy was ALWAYS so responsive to our questions and so great at explaining things to us 😆 she literally did the work for us.
