If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited over a month for my appointment, get a call she needs to cancel 1 hour before my appointment. Schedule another one a couple weeks later, get a call 3.5 hrs before my appointment saying she needs to cancel yet again! Very frustrating & in my opinion unprofessional. I get it things happen, but 2 appointments in a row?! If 2nd cancellation was due to whatever occured the 1st time I should've at least been notified much sooner than hours before my appointment.
