If you care at all about your loved one’s dignity, comfort, or humanity in their final moments—stay far away from Catholic Hospice. What they did to my grandmother and our family was nothing short of inhumane. We signed up with them after being promised professional, compassionate care. I can not Thank this Home Health Services, I have 2 of the best most caring, warm sweet Gals coming to take care of me , Naty is my nurse she is so funny, keeps my spirits up, answers my question, and my calls if I need her. She is very gentle with her care, follows the Doctors orders each time she is her. Takes her time, never in & out, Knows just what I need as the patent .Thank you Naty , You are the best. If i could give them zero stars I would. Not helpful at all, rude customer service. Spoke to someone claiming to be the "HR Manager" her name started with a S , I could not make it out, she was not very knowledgeable what so ever on any aspects and questions I was inquiring, I really would like to see their degree in Human Resources Management. This place is a joke. I do not recommend what so ever! Message to management - thoroughly educate your staff.
