Rosa Zapata’s RN - was an absolute pleasure and comfort for our family. My mother had knee replacement surgery and she helped calm her nerves and provided her the reassurance that everything was going to be ok in time. Rosa had an extremely positive disposition at a time and place that needed her expertise, reassurance and joy. I recommend her to visit any patient that is in pain and feeling emotionally drained post operation.
