Walked in for my annual flu shot during this visit, I was greeted by friendly staff that helped me get registered right away. With no wait time, PA Tracy came into the exam room, gave me the shot and I didn’t even feel anything! Her incredible bedside manner and politeness was amazing, she treated me like family. Overall an excellent visit that was quick and pleasant.
I went to the Catholic Health Urgent Care in Ronkonkoma. I called first to ask a question and the staff member on the phone was so kind. I made an appointment online, when I walked in I was taken right in to a room. The NP that examined me throughly explained everything and listened to my situation. He was beyond knowledgeable and very personable. I totally felt like I was in good hands without waiting hours in the ER.
