My mom had extremely bad experience with one of the staff member Claudia. She was extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional.
Save yourself the headache and find a new place. Been going here for 2 years and nothing but issues for results or scheduling or simply getting blood work or test results. If you enjoy having to go out of your way everytime to call your doctor to get results and never get an answer this is the place for you if not find a place that actually cares

I love Dr. Aldea and have been seeing her since I moved to Long Island in 2022. Unfortunately since moving to this location I have not had a good experience. I made an appointment over a week ago to see her for a no fault claim and two hours before the appointment they called and cancelled, saying that I’d only be able to see the NP and it would be on a different day. Mind you, I made the appointment over a week ago I don’t know why they could not tell me this beforehand. I scheduled child care and made sure to have time off... read more
Horrible place! Have one experience for never more. Still trying to fix the mistake of my billing after being there personally and talked to the woman “responsible” for fixing it. Low level of human skills, a bunch of miserable workers underpaid and thinking they are doing great at life. They don’t want to do their job and you need to be calling and checking them to do the basics. Keep distance of this miserable place!
