This was my first time going to Catholic Health Services and Dr. Aldea. There was initially a glitch with my appointment, but they worked it out and I was seen. Dr. Aldea was very thorough and caring. I was squeezed into her schedule but not treated like I was. The staff made me feel comfortable and I would go back to see Dr. Aldea in the future. She is smart and caring.

Came here for a drug test for my USCG Captain’s license. The receptionist and workers at counter E were very polite and helpful. I provided my sample and was told to wait a day or two. It is now a full week later (no holidays in this particular week), and I’ve been calling every single day to check on my results. If I’m lucky enough that someone answers the phone, I’m told that they don’t know why it’s taking so long, and the manager will sort it out and call me back. I have never spoken to such a rude front desk. Luckily I love my doctors at Catholic health and will not switch, but if I have to deal with another 30 minute call just to be rudely greeted by the receptionist, I will leave this place. So rude.

Sat in the waiting room over 45 minutes for a breast sonogram. While the receptionist was very nice, I was upset to have to wait so long. I eventually left and will be going back to Northwell. If they are that backed up at 10 am, I can only imagine the wait time in the afternoon. I drove 45 minutes because this was the only CHS place i could get an appointment and I really wanted to stay with CHS but that made me realize its not worth it. I could have went to Mather hospital 2 minutes down the road instead.
