Cathie helped us find our dream house and helped us with the sale of our existing house. The whole process was very smooth and Cathie was so supportive! When we originally started looking, she was able to take what we wanted in theory and show us houses that met our needs and wants. She made sure every detail of the process was covered right down to the moving boxes she sent us. Highly recommend her if you are buying or selling!!

Cathie goes above and beyond all expectations of a realtor. She was helpful during the home search, throughout the buying process, and even following up after the closing. I couldn't think of anything she could have done better. A1. I would highly recommend Cathie for buyer or seller, as she really seems to know the market.

Cathie is amazing! She was so patient and helpful in find the perfect house within our budget. We ended up switching lenders so there was a delay in closing, and then it felt like one thing after another and our closing was continuously being pushed back. Cathie was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We highly recommend her and will definitely be back when we decide/if to sell and purchase again.
