We provide access to high quality, affordable and compassionate health care for our community throughout West Michigan. Almost 25 years ago, we began as a volunteer-run clinic in the basement of St. Alphonsus church in the Creston neighborhood of Grand Rapids. I absolutely love Catherines! I have been going here for around 30 years and now have to leave because of medicare. Makes me so upset. I will miss this wonderful place. By the way, where did Dr. Reitzenstein go? Maybe I could transfer to him?
I have not been seen on time for 4 consecutive visits. My appointment was at noon today. I'm currently still sitting in the room, no doc, no update.

So grateful for the Health Insurance Navigation program. My family is on the Medicaid coverage fringe. I spent months trying to sort out my health insurance on my own which felt like I was running in circles getting nowhere. DHS wasn't communicating with me properly. These guys walked me through it, contacted DHS directly for me and sorted everything out. Within 10 days I received my Medicaid acceptance letter. Forever grateful!
